The Association welcomes requests for assistance from individuals, families, charitable organisations and community groups who have limited means of obtaining professional architectural services.
Assistance may be sought following natural disasters, in circumstances of personal hardship, or for community projects of particular social, cultural or architectural merit that would otherwise struggle to proceed.
Applicants are invited to outline their circumstances, the nature of their project and the assistance required. The Association will consider each request and, where practicable, endeavour to connect applicants with suitably qualified members willing to contribute their services.
All assistance is provided voluntarily, subject to members’ availability, professional obligations and the particular circumstances of each project. The Association cannot guarantee that every request will be accommodated.
